Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Perform a factory reset to remove your personal data and securely pack the device in its original packaging along with all included accessories.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
